New to church

What to expect

Visiting church can feel like a big step. We want your first Sunday to feel clear, relaxed and warmly human.

Your first visit

A simple Sunday, a warm welcome, and space to settle in.

When you visit Yoker Evangelical Church, you will discover a church family of different ages, backgrounds and nationalities, all brought together in Jesus.

You can expect a warm and friendly gathering in which you should find hope, encouragement and perhaps a challenge.

We are a small but growing church and have a passion to see people's lives transformed and enriched by the love of Jesus Christ.

We seek to be faithful followers of Jesus in our society today without compromising our Christian beliefs and principles.

We sincerely try to find out what God wants in our personal lives and church community from the Bible and prayer.

It is very important to us to maintain loving and co-operative relationships within the church and with others.
